This vegetable dish is delicious and healthy. I put fennel, onion, tomato, nuts and black olives in the oven. Seasoned with lovely herbs and spices. When the oven dish was ready I added fresh strawberries, blueberries and green olives. Tons of flavor, from the anis taste of fennel to the heavenly taste of berries and sweetness of honey. Salty, sweet, spicy and exotic. Great side dish for steaks, chicken thighs and fish fillet.
