The past 20 years I have dived even deeper into the cooking world. I buy and read cookbooks. I test new dishes.
I create my own dishes. I love to cook and enjoy delicious dishes. My husband is a terrific test person for new dishes. He tries anything and gives great feedback.
Like my mom used to say, smell and taste, that is the only way to know if the food needs more spices, herbs or liquid.
I recommend to test new recipes. You might be positively surprised how good some dishes are, when you use a little bit of spices and herbs, and sometimes a lot of them!
