Enjoy Cured Salmon

Cured salmon is something we enjoy during Christmas in Finland. It is healthy and tasty. Cured salmon, which we call grav lax in the Nordics and graavi lohi in Finnish, is fresh, raw salmon covered with sea salt, sugar and dill. After 24 hours you scrape off the salt and dill. Then you cut thin, lovely salmon slices. Here is the recipe I use.
