Broccoli is a healthy vegetable. You can cook it in boiling water or cook it on a pan, adding a touch of water while stirring regularly. If you want to use spices with broccoli, try a pinch of salt, garlic pepper or minced garlic and lemon juice. You can also season broccoli with fresh thyme, a pinch of salt and mild chili pepper.
Broccoli is terrific with rice and fish, with pasta and prawns and also with noodles and chicken.
