ROSEMARY
This herb not only tastes good in many dishes, but it is also a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6. Possible health benefits include improved concentration, digestion and protection from brain aging. But it is not recommended to eat too much of this herb, so use it as a spice once or twice a week.
THYME

CINNAMON

TURMERIC
