Health Tips Avocado And Eggs


While most fruit consists primarily of carbohydrate, avocados are high in healthy fats. Numerous studies show that avocado has powerful health benefits. Avocados contain vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, vitamins B5 and B6, and vitamin E.
Avocados also contain small amounts of magnesium, manganese, iron, copper and zinc.


Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B2. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamins D, B6 and B12, and minerals such as zinc and copper.

In the below photo you see one way to mix avocado and eggs. If you love salmon, which is rich with vitmain D, enjoy that with basil, dill and strawberries. If you do not eat seafood, add some lovely chicken or meat to the dish. They are both a wonderful choice for a combo with avocado and eggs.
