I use chili paste (by Spice Up) which is delicious but not too hot (like chipotle or cayenne).

Corn and chicken are wonderful together. Sweetness meets spices and herbs! Extra lovely flavor comes from mixing olives, orange, rosé pepper and basil leaves. This dish is healthy and very delicious. If you can find lingonberries, add them to the dish!

My Special Toast Skagen

This dish is based on a very traditional Scandinavian dish. Toast with shrimp mayonnaise. It was created by a popular Swedish restaurateur, Tore Wretman, just after the second world war and named after a fishing port in Denmark. I wanted to create something new and decided to add cucumber, chili, mango and blueberries.
