This light side dish is bursting with vitamins and delicious taste. A fantastic choice as a side dish for chicken or steak.
All my recipes are for two servings.
- 1/2 cucumber
- 12 strawberries
- 6 olives
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- balsamic glaze (figs or strawberry taste)
How to prepare:
Peel the cucumber and use a julienne peeler to make light strings of the cucumber. Wash the strawberries and cut them into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Wash the onion and cut it into thin slices.
Divide all the lovely ingredients between two plates. Season with balsamic glaze.
Tip: Try another time adding also carrot slices and olive oil.
