This dessert is so easy to do and is so delicious. Only four ingredients but the layers of taste are fantastic. And this dessert is wonderfully healthy!
All my recipes are for two servings.
- 1 mango (or 1 can/tin mango slices)
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) blueberries
- 10 strawberries
- 1 orange
How to prepare:
If you use frozen berries, bring the berries to room temperature 2 hours before cooking. Slice the mango. If you cannot find fresh mango, buy a can (tin) with mango slices. Divide the mango slices between two dessert bowls. Cut the strawberries in half. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Add the berries and the juicy orange pieces on the mango. Enjoy!
Tip: Add sometimes a little bit of raspberry balsamic glaze for extra taste. Simple, healthy and so delicious.
