Sometimes a light side dish is all you need with steak, fish or chicken. This dish is full of natural flavors and vitamins!
All my recipes are for two servings.
- 1 lemon
- 1 avocado
- 12 olives
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 8-12 basil leaves
- ½ cup (60 ml) lingonberries
How to prepare:
Wash the lemon and cut half of it into slices. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and use a spoon to get the avocado off the skin, then slice the avocado. Divide the avocado slices between two plates. Sprinkle juice of half a lemon on the avocado. Use the lemon slices to decorate the dish. Add olives and basil leaves on the avocado. Cut the tomatoes into halves and divide the tomatoes between the two plates.
Decorate with wonderful lingonberries. If you cannot find lingonberries, try blueberries or strawberries!
