This pasta dish is so easy to do. The taste is delicious. This dish is great for lunch or dinner.
All my recipes are for 2 servings!
- 6 oz (170 grams) spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 cherry tomatoes (or 2 standard size like Celebrity)
- 8 olives
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 twists from your black pepper mill
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
How to prepare:
Cook the spaghetti. Follow the instructions on the package for cooking time.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. If you choose standard size tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces. Chop the garlic. Cut the olives in halves.
When the pasta is ready drain the pasta. Divide the pasta between two plates. Add tomatoes, olives, thyme, garlic and basil leaves on the spaghetti. Sprinkle with olive oil and pepper. Toss lightly. Then sprinkle parmesan on the top and enjoy!
ps. try sometimes with 2 teaspoons of rosemary! Rosemary has long been popular for its flavor and scent, but it is also rich in iron, calcium and vitamin B-6, as well as antioxidants.
