Chicken Caesar Salad With Blueberries

Crispy lettuce, chicken, tomato and mild onion makes a great lunch salad with lots of taste, vitamins and protein.

Try this salad with blueberries, which are juicy and very healthy. Your body and mind will thank you.

For one person:

Chop crispy lettuce and a few cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice one small onion (shallot is a great choice). Mix these on a plate and season with Caesar dressing.

Cut 2 chicken tenders into 1-inch pieces and pan fry these in 2 tbsp avocado oil on medium high heat for 4 minutes. Season the chicken with tomato pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix the chicken into the salad.

Garnish with blueberries for extra lovely taste and lots of vitamins.
